A superior category extra virgin olive oil, obtained directly from olives harvested in Crete, Greece and solely by mechanical means. A product of strictly organic cultivation, with no pesticides and chemical fertilizers; only the Mediterranean sun, the earth and the air of Crete combine with human care to ripen these olive trees until they are ready to offer their liquid essence. With respect for tradition and sustainable growth, the Cretans produce this olive oil of very low acidity which embodies the time-old value of cultivation on the blessed land of Crete.
